Job summary

SnackCraft is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations, covering recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and policy guidance. This role acts as a liaison between employees and management across the warehouse, office, and production floor.

The candidate will manage records with confidentiality and contribute to performance evaluations and employee communications, ensuring compliance with local and national HR laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of HR experience.
• HRIS proficiency; payroll experience a plus; iSolve experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including job descriptions and postings.
• Process payroll and train on timekeeping expectations.
• Manage attendance policy program effectively.
• Develop offers, job descriptions, and new hire communications.
• Onboard and educate newly hired employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Support leaves and coordinate required documentation.
