Qualifikationen

• Experience with benefits administration, employee relations, workers' compensation, and leave administration.
• ADP experience preferred, with strong Excel skills and HR reporting/compliance.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of 300+ employees.
• Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate annual open enrollment activities.
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, policy interpretation, and performance-related conversations.
• Support workers' compensation, leave administration, onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance activities.
• Maintain HRIS records, generate reports, and partner with executive leadership on HR initiatives and workforce planning.
