Job summary

CREO Group is seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations in our Kissimmee, FL manufacturing facility. You will partner with operations leaders to handle employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and engagement initiatives.

The role requires on-site presence, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in a manufacturing setting. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, with ADP and HRIS experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of on-site HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems; ADP experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for team member questions regarding policies, benefits, attendance, payroll, and workplace concerns.
• Support employee relations by gathering information and documenting conversations with HR leadership on next steps.
• Assist in maintaining a positive work environment through visibility on the production floor and proactive communication.
• Support investigations related to attendance, conduct, and policy violations while maintaining confidentiality.
