Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations for 300+ employees onsite, with a focus on benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, and HRIS management.

You will partner with leadership, ensure compliance, coordinate workers' compensation, leaves, and payroll support using ADP, and maintain HR data in Excel. This is a fully onsite role with strong visibility to executives and opportunity to improve HR processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Hands-on experience with benefits administration and employee relations.
• Experience supporting workers' compensation, leave administration, onboarding, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of 300+ employees.
• Administer employee benefits and support annual open enrollment activities.
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Coordinate workers' compensation, leave administration, and related employee support programs.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation within the HRIS.
• Utilize ADP for HRIS and payroll-related functions.
• Support payroll processes and employee status changes.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee transitions, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR procedures.
• Maintain HR reports, employee data, and tracking through Excel.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee questions and HR-related concerns.
• Partner with executive leadership on HR initiatives and workforce matters.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational effectiveness.
