Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Technical Services Group in Chandler, AZ. The role focuses on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR administration, and policy compliance in a hands-on capacity.

You will partner with TSG leaders and Corporate HR to maintain a positive, compliant workplace. Travel up to 25% may be required; onsite presence is expected in the Chandler office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Maintain confidentiality with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to TSG leaders, supervisors, and employees.
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance issues.
• Assist with performance reviews, employee development, recognition, and retention efforts.
• Assist with benefits, HR policies, and employee questions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and best practices.
• Support HR reporting, audits, documentation, and process improvements.
