Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, a leader in mission-critical semiconductor services, seeks an on-site HR Generalist for Chandler, AZ. This role supports the Technical Services Group (TSG) with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, HR administration, compliance, and engagement.

You will work closely with Corporate HR, Operations, Finance, and Safety to maintain a positive, compliant workplace culture and ensure HR processes are consistent across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with employees and leaders at all levels
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to TSG leaders, supervisors, and employees
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance issues
• Support performance reviews, employee development, recognition, and retention efforts
• Assist with benefits, HR policies, and employee questions
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems
• Support compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Help identify and address employees and workplace concerns in a timely manner
• Provide HR support across TSG offices, project sites, and field operations
• Partner with Corporate HR, Operations, Finance, and Safety on HR-related needs
• Assist with HR reporting, audits, documentation, and process improvements
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee matters
