Job summary

Pentagon Technologies’ Technical Services Group (TSG) seeks an HR Generalist to provide hands-on HR support for leaders and employees across ER, recruiting, onboarding, performance, HR admin, compliance, and engagement. Onsite in Chandler, AZ with up to 25% travel.

This role partners with Corporate HR, Operations, Finance, and Safety, maintains confidential records, ensures policy adherence, and helps with reporting and process improvements. Generous benefits and a stable environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance mgmt, and HR admin.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day HR support to TSG leaders, supervisors, and employees.
• Support employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance-related issues.
• Assist with performance reviews, employee development, recognition, and retention initiatives.
• Provide support for benefits, HR policies, and employee questions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR information systems.
• Support compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Address employees and workplace concerns in a timely manner.
• Provide HR support across TSG offices, project sites, and field operations.

The HR Generalist provides hands-on HR support to Pentagon Technologies’ Technical Services Group (TSG), partnering with leadership and employees across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, HR administration, compliance, and engagement. This is an onsite role in Chandler, AZ, with some travel expected (up to 25%).

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification.
• Experience supporting multi-site, field, or project-based teams.
• Experience in technical services, construction, manufacturing, semiconductor, data center, or similar environments.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees.

Compensation

USD 65,000 - 74,200 per year.
