Job summary

Pentagon Technologies, Inc. seeks an HR Generalist to be based in our Austin facility, with remote support for our Mesa, AZ site. You will handle onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance on site.

As the on-site contact for management and staff, you will report to the HR Lead and DOO, with occasional travel up to 15% to other factories. Strong communication, confidentiality, and manufacturing HR experience are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• 2+ years HR experience; 3–4+ years preferred.
• Manufacturing HR experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Paycom experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers onboarding, payroll, and compensation programs.
• Handles employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary matters.
• Supports recruiting and job postings.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintains HR policies and processes and supports training and development.
