Medline Industries, LP is seeking an HR Generalist for an onsite, Monday–Friday role with a flexible start time between 12 PM and 3 PM to support a multi-shift operation.

The position offers growth in HR reporting, employee relations, onboarding, training coordination, and compensation administration, with travel up to 25% and a salary range of $58,000 to $87,000 per year plus bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• HR support or administration experience required.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR reporting, headcount, training records, disciplinary tracking and performance evaluations.
• Provide HR support and maintain employee information and reporting.
• Assist management with employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Coach employees and managers on proper HR policy application.
• Lead local investigations with HR management and assist with salary and wage administration.
