Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
• Comfortable working 100% onsite in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried workforces a plus.
