Addison Group is seeking an HR Generalist for an onsite Wayne, PA role. The position handles daily HR operations, onboarding, payroll support, benefits, and compliance in a contract-to-hire arrangement.

The candidate will manage recruitment in collaboration with department managers, perform background checks, orientation programs, and HR program administration, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and HR best practices. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field is required.
• 1+ year of HR management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems preferred.
• SHRM-CP certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Run daily HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, and leave administration.
• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring for open positions in collaboration with department managers.
• Conduct background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
• Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, training, and compliance.
• Review, track, and document compliance with required training, certifications, and continuing education.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations.
• Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees, applicants, and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Maintain awareness of HR trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies.
• Support performance evaluations and may oversee daily workflow of HR staff.
