Addison Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Washington, DC (Hybrid) for a contract assignment of ~3 months. Bring 3–5+ years of HR generalist experience, with knowledge of HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) and ATS.

You will support onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee relations in a collaborative team environment. The role demands strong organizational skills, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced

Formación

• 3–5+ years of HR Generalist experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting HR operations, benefits, payroll coordination, and compliance
• Familiarity with HR technology and HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
• Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM certification a plus

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary HR point of contact for employees and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate onboarding, benefits processing, and personnel file maintenance
• Support recruiting processes including scheduling and interview logistics
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies
• Assist with performance processes, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and support HR projects
