You will handle escalations, lead recognition programs, and contribute to diversity initiatives, partnering with local schools to strengthen employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related.
• 2+ years of experience as an HR generalist.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee escalations, complaints, and workplace investigations
• Run employee activities, recognition programs, career development, and communication forums
• Lead hourly employee hiring/contractor conversion efforts to ensure continuity in workforce requirements
• Support Diversity & Inclusion efforts and community outreach with local schools and colleges to strengthen employer branding
