Job summary

LHHRecruitmentSolutions is seeking a Temp HR Generalist for a 6-week contract in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves recruiting support, onboarding coordination, and handling employee relations while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3–7 years HR experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. This onsite position runs Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, in Fort Worth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–7 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting and hiring efforts across the organization.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, drug testing, and hiring documentation.
• Assist management with employee relations, attendance, disciplinary actions, investigations, and performance issues.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, DOT, OSHA, FLSA, EEO, ADA, FMLA, and applicable employment laws.
• Maintain employee records, required certifications, training documentation, and audit readiness.
• Support benefits administration, payroll changes, timekeeping, and leave tracking.
• Coordinate new hire orientation, training, and certification tracking.
• Maintain HRIS records and prepare HR reports and metrics.
