HardHat Workforce Solutions is seeking an Onsite HR Generalist for a large construction site to manage employee relations, oversee onboarding, maintain HR records, ensure compliance, and support employees and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include investigations, advising supervisors on disciplinary actions, full onboarding cycle, responding to HR policy questions, and maintaining OSHA-related compliance and personnel files on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience in the construction, industrial, or staffing industry strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace compliance.

Responsabilités

• Conduct investigations into workplace misconduct, harassment, or policy violations.
• Advise supervisors on handling difficult employee issues, delivering performance feedback, and administering disciplinary actions consistently.
• Manage the full onboarding cycle, including orientation, paperwork, employment eligibility verification, and distribution of PPE and badges.
• Answer employee questions about HR policies and support employee relations.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and company employment requirements, support OSHA and workplace safety efforts, and maintain accurate, personnel files and HR documentation.
