Magnum Electric is seeking an experienced Onsite HR Generalist to support operations at a large, fast-paced project in Silverton, Texas. This role will act as the onsite HR lead, handling day-to-day employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and project HR support for a large field workforce.

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience required.
• Construction, industrial, or field-based environments preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently while supporting project leadership and field teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer-based administrative tasks.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HR point of contact for employees and project leadership.
• Support employee onboarding, orientation, and new hire paperwork.
• Assist with workforce communication, policy administration, and employee support.
• Help manage attendance-related processes, workforce tracking, and general personnel documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is handled properly.
• Partner with project leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and field support needs.
• Address employee questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with policy enforcement and maintain consistency in HR practices onsite.
• Support offboarding, employee status changes, and other HR processes as needed.
• Help promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.
