Job summary

Core Scientific, Inc. is seeking an on-site Human Resources Site Manager to oversee employee relations, talent management, compliance, and workforce development across data-center locations.

This role leads safety training, manages OSHA logs, and partners with operations to maintain a safe, compliant, and engaged workplace. You will coordinate HR policy implementation, maintain records, and support recruiting, training, and vendor services while ensuring adherence to labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 6-7+ years of progressive HR experience; field‑based HR experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety training standards, and injury reporting processes.
• Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR representative on site, maintaining a strong presence at assigned locations and providing accessible support to employees and managers.
• Ensure onboarding for new data center hires is prompt and effective.
• Manage employee relations including investigations, discipline, and performance issues.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and vendor services, OSHA logs, and safety reporting.
• Partner with operations and external vendors to ensure compliance and safety across sites.
