• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of broad HR generalist experience including employee relations, benefits, and recruiting.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR compliance practices.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll/benefits and/or applicant tracking systems.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations and HR compliance.
• Lead or support recruiting, hiring coordination, and onboarding activities.
• Administer and support employee benefits processes and employee inquiries.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and support HRIS/payroll-related workflows.
• Partner with leadership on HR initiatives and process improvements.
