Job summary

LifeWorks Restaurant Group seeks an HR Generalist to lead the employee lifecycle, recruit, coach leaders, manage performance, and ensure compliance. The role partners with operations to align HR programs with business goals and foster a positive culture.

This is a fully onsite position on the operations floor, with Spanish-speaking capabilities required to engage our diverse workforce. Union experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• HR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Experience in employment relations and investigations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or the equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Issue resolution, follow up and recommendations for corporate COE's.
• Employee Engagement initiatives and coordination.
• Talent Acquisition and leadership development support.
• HR metrics reporting and analysis.
• Benefits and Payroll assistance as needed.
• On-boarding programs and initiatives.
