Job summary

Redwall LLC is seeking an experienced, high-energy bilingual HR Generalist to lead our day-to-day human resources functions within a manufacturing/printing environment. You will serve as a strategic partner and primary HR contact for employees and managers, overseeing employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and is proficient with Paycom

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for written and verbal communication.
• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or printing environments.
• Experience using Paycom for recruiting, onboarding, and workforce management.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws including OSHA and Workers' Compensation.
• Excellent emotional intelligence and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations investigations and resolve grievances.
• Oversee performance management processes and coaching.
• Manage recruitment, job descriptions, and staffing agencies.
• Administer onboarding, HRIS data, and offboarding.
• Ensure safety compliance and incident reporting.
• Deliver employee orientation and compliance training.
