Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support multiple sites. The role requires travel and experience in both union and non-union environments, handling employee relations, onboarding, training, and policy implementation.

The position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 per year, with responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, and compliance with state and federal laws. English/Spanish bilingualism is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
• 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
• Partner with training department to arrange training needs for employees and managers.
• Coach managers on employee relations aligned with SBM and CBA policies.
• Drive site engagement through management training and ESAT action plans.
• Manage personnel transactions and provide regular departmental reporting.
• Lead pay activities and wage reviews within established pay ranges.
• Investigate employee relations issues and grievances; conduct hearings as needed.
• Establish strong relationships with operations as an HR consultant.
