Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Minimum three years of experience in HR or people operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration (or equivalent).
• Strong communication, organization, and detail orientation are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt, nonexempt, and temporary staff.
• Conduct onboarding, orientations, pre-employment testing, and reference checks.
• Ensure compliance with I-9 verification and related regulations.
• Maintain HRIS records and generate database reports as needed.
• Administer benefits and assist with invoices and audits for benefit plans.
• Support training, employee relations, and wellness programs.
• Assist with compensation administration and performance reviews.
