Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an HR Coordinator III to support a client team in Buena Park, CA onsite. The role covers HR administration, HRIS, payroll support, benefits, onboarding, and employee inquiries in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and bilingual English/Spanish communication, with proficiency in Paycom and Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of HR experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or similarly regulated environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other business applications.
• Working knowledge of HR practices and employment-related processes.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding routine HR questions, policies, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and HR processes.
• Maintain accurate and complete employee records and HR documentation.
• Process changes including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Assist with payroll preparation, timekeeping, and HRIS data integrity.
• Coordinate recruiting activities and onboarding processes.
• Support training, compliance, and HR audits as needed.
