• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and benefits support.
• Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for routine employee questions.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS accuracy.
• Coordinate recruiting, interviews, onboarding, and new‑hire documentation.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
• Track training, support audits, and maintain compliance documentation.
• Assist with employee relations documentation and elevate issues appropriately.
