Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain payroll records, including timesheets, wage adjustments, and deductions.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee inquiries regarding payroll issues.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
• Assist with recruitment, posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Develop site specific safety protocols and provide weekly safety training.
