Job summary

Mr. Greens Produce in Plant City, FL is seeking an HR Coordinator to support administrative HR processes across locations. You will handle record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry while delivering reliable clerical support.

This on-site role requires an associate degree in HR or related field, at least two years of related experience, strong communication, organization, and Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human resources or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Two years of related HR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs customer service functions by addressing employee requests.
• Completes Form I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 files.
• Conducts audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs.
• Assists with terminations processing.
• Assists with recruitment and interview process.
• Tracks candidates in HRIS and follows up at end of recruitment.
• Schedules meetings and interviews with HR director.
• Files documents into appropriate employee files.
• Prepares new-employee files and related correspondence.
• Performs other clerical duties and mails/scans emails as needed.
