Job summary

Greif is a global leader in performance packaging with operations in 40 countries. We are seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to provide on-site HR support for a medium facility or multiple small facilities, train junior HRCs, and manage payroll and benefits audits.

The role includes onboarding, background checks, and generating reports, with backup support for two additional sites. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years HR experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma and 3–6 years of HR experience.
• Experience performing payroll/audit tasks and supporting HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Performs HR support duties for a medium facility or multiple small facilities.
• Trains junior HR Coordinators.
• Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
• Assists with terminations and with performance review processes.
• Supports background checks and onboarding for new colleagues.
• Generates ad-hoc reports and supports benefits open enrollment.
• Provides input for process improvements to Lead HRC or management.
• Supports two additional sites remotely when needed.
