Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling in Orlando, FL is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our growing team. You will collaborate with HR Generalists to support leaders, handle administrative HR tasks, and ensure policies are followed.

You’ll assist with payroll, benefits enrollment, employee inquiries, onboarding, and HR projects to build a seamless, compliant employee experience. The role requires prior HR or administrative experience, a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong customer service

Qualifications

• Prior experience in human resources or an administrative support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) required or preferred, depending on site needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and employee inquiries.
• Onboard new hires by gathering documents and creating files to ensure day-one readiness.
• Support HR initiatives and programs, including leave, compensation, benefits, and training.
