Job summary

Great Lakes Petroleum Co. is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support onboarding, HRIS administration, and employee communications across a multi-state operation.

This on-site, full-time role focuses on personnel administration, compliance, and day-to-day HR functions while collaborating with management and external partners. Requirements include 3 years in HR or related roles, an associate or bachelor’s in HR/Business preferred, and Paylocity experience.

Qualifications

• HRIS experience required; Paylocity experience preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Responds to employee inquiries and provides HR support.
• Coordinates onboarding including new hire paperwork and orientation.
• Maintains HRIS data and employee records.
• Supports compliance and policy procedures.
• Coordinates travel arrangements and other admin tasks.
• Collaborates with management and external partners on HR projects.
