Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or work experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 1 year of HR-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support local HR activities including employee engagement and onboarding.
• Coordinate hiring workflow: post jobs, onsite interviews, update descriptions.
• Assist with orientation programs and training delivery.
• Support compliance audits and learning/development activities.
• Assist salary planning and benefits enrollment processes.
• Serve as the local HR contact alongside HRBP teams.
