NAHT – Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition seeks an Operations and HR Administrator to provide administrative, HR, and operations support to the Director of Operations. The role focuses on scheduling, onboarding, documentation, and coordinating meetings, while maintaining internal communications and records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in administrative, HR, or operations support roles (4–5 years preferred).
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and collaborative tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct administrative assistance to the Director of Operations, including scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
• Manage and prioritize the Director’s daily workflow, ensuring important deadlines and tasks are met.
• Draft and organize internal communications, meeting agendas, and follow-up summaries.
• Support operations with organized digital and physical files for HR, operations, and departmental records.
• Support logistics and preparation for leadership, departmental, and staff meetings (materials, notes, refreshments, setup).
• Assist in tracking progress on projects, operational initiatives, and action items across departments.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring completion of HR documentation, policy acknowledgments, and training schedules.
