Job summary

• Assist salary planning and benefits enrollment processes.
• Serve as the local HR contact alongside HRBP teams.

The Human Resources Coordinator delivers local HR support to employees in Nashville, TN onsite and acts as the primary point of contact for the HR office. The role supports employees in finding the right self-service options or HR service center resources, while coordinating local HR information and tasks alongside HR Business Partner teams and managers.

Role Overview

In this position, you provide local HR guidance and help route employees to the appropriate channels for HR transactional support. You will also support HR Business Partner teams and managers by coordinating HR information and completing local HR activities that are not handled by the HR service center.

Key Responsibilities

• Support local employee engagement initiatives, service awards, and community events
• Assist with implementing department or facility action plans based on engagement survey results
• Maintain local hiring workflow by posting jobs, organizing onsite interviews, and updating job descriptions
• Coordinate local orientation programs and support content delivery
• Provide program support for compliance initiatives by gathering information in preparation for audits
• Maintain learning and development activities at the facility
• Support benefits enrollment by hosting information sessions and directing employees to the appropriate web and call center resources
• Assist managers with preparation for the salary and incentive planning process
• Help employees with return-from-leaves inquiries, including Leaves of Absence and Workers’ Comp

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, or work experience in lieu of a degree
• 1 year of relevant experience
