Datamark, Inc. is seeking an HR Compliance Analyst to support and enhance our HR compliance program onsite in El Paso, TX. The role works closely with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, Legal, IT, and Operations to ensure policy adherence and accurate HR data.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR and strong knowledge of federal/state employment regulations, plus experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred). We offer comprehensive benefits and a robust work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• At least seven years in the Human Resources field or related field.
• At least seven years of experience in Human Resources, HR compliance, HR operations, HRIS, or a related field.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the organization’s HR compliance program and ensure HR policies, records, processes, and system data meet applicable legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Monitor federal, state, and local employment requirements and support updates to HR policies, procedures, documentation, and practices.
• Maintain the HR compliance calendar, including filings, notices, audits, certifications, policy reviews, training requirements, and deadlines.
• Conduct routine audits of employee records, HRIS data, personnel files, policy acknowledgments, and compliance documentation to identify gaps or inaccuracies.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready HR records in accordance with retention requirements.
• Support audits, regulatory inquiries, and legal requests by compiling documentation and tracking corrective actions.
• Use HRIS data, reports, and dashboards to monitor compliance and track metrics.
• Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Legal, IT, and HR leadership on compliance-related initiatives.
