Job summary

Priority Ondemand is seeking an experienced HRIS/HR operations professional to strengthen compliance oversight, audit readiness, and credential management across our organization. The role aims to reduce risk and standardize processes by enforcing policies, certifications, and reporting across markets.

The position is Exempt/Salaried, reporting to the VP of Human Resources, and requires collaboration with Operations and Compliance teams to ensure timely training, accurate data in HRIS, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HRIS administration or HR operations experience.
• Knowledge of certification requirements and employment laws.
• Proficient with Excel and HR reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner for corporate leadership and employees, providing timely support on employee relations, staffing challenges, and day-to-day HR needs.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, SOPs, and company standards across assigned markets.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies.
• Coordinate the annual compliance training process across the enterprise, including developing and maintaining the training calendar, managing course assignments, tracking completion, issuing reminders and escalations.
• Audit and maintain training records in HRIS and provide completion reports for HR and leadership.
