Job summary

Tyson Foods seeks an HR Systems Support specialist at the Tecumseh plant to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and related processes. The role will be the first contact for users via ServiceNow, chat, and phone while handling high volume walk-up support and incoming calls for the People Operations team.

Responsibilities include basic data intake, updating personal information, HR system navigation, LOA support, and monitoring inboxes for escalation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years relevant customer support role and past data entry experience.
• Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives and provides basic navigation support for routine correspondence following established procedures.
• Review and update of key business processes and general master data components.
• Collaboration with the People Operations team to achieve faster support service level agreements that ensure department KPIs are met.
