Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years relevant customer support role and past data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of HR systems and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives and provides basic navigation support for routine correspondence following procedures.
• Review and update key business processes and general master data components.
• Collaborate with People Operations to meet service level agreements.
