Job summary

Tyson Foods – Humboldt Plant is seeking an Advisor HR for the 2nd shift (3PM–12AM) to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and processes. You will serve as the first point of contact via ServiceNow, chat, and phone, handling high-volume walk-up support and HR inboxes.

You will update master data, support LOA processes, and assist with data intake and navigation. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2+ years in customer support, and strong Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in a relevant customer support role with data entry experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide process and transactional support for HR systems and processes.
