Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an HR Systems Support professional to provide process and transactional support for HR systems and case management via ServiceNow, chat, and phone. You will handle high-volume walk-up support and first-level inquiries, maintain master data, and assist with LOA processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years in customer support, and strong Excel/Word skills. Shifts are 2nd in Monroe, with no remote work and standard base pay discussed in the offer.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 2+ years relevant customer support role and past data entry experience.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; HR systems knowledge is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a broad range of end users.
Special Skills: Customer service, analytical, troubleshooting, multitasking, teamwork; swift data retrieval for resolutions.

Responsibilities

Receives and provides basic navigation support for routine correspondence following established procedures.
Review and update key business processes and general master data components.
Collaborate with the People Operations team to meet faster support SLAs and KPIs.
