Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Hospitality Associate in San Francisco to work onsite with executive concierges and the space management team. You will help ensure catering and meeting requirements are met for high-level partner events and client meetings.

The role requires 2–3 years in hospitality or event planning, strong MS Office and AV skills, and the ability to stand for long periods while maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-3 years in service industry such as hotel/restaurant/hospitality or event planning preferred.
• Strong technical skills with MS Office, Google Docs, and AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and confirm multiple large meeting rooms.
• Coordinate logistics and walk through spaces with clients.
• Capture data and report interactions; issue SEFs for events.
• Coordinate catering and space needs with assistants and space management team.
• Prepare and report on daily/weekly event room usage.
