Job summary

Sound Physicians is seeking a Practice Coordinator to work on-site at the hospital partner, providing administrative support to the medical practice and collaborating with leadership and clinicians to streamline workflows and patient care. This role supports scheduling, onboarding, privileging coordination, and billing/compliance activities.

The position focuses on improving operational performance while maintaining a patient-centered, collaborative environment across the practice team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• 1-2 years in customer service.

Responsibilities

• General administrative support to medical practice under the direction of the medical director and practice administrator.
• Office management functions including meeting management, office systems, supplies, and events.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Practice Management Team on site policies and procedures.
• Facilitate daily patient census/reconciliation and daily multi-disciplinary rounds.
• Assist with onboarding for new clinicians including locums & ambassadors.
