Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the hospital site practice and support the medical director and management team.
• Facilitate onboarding, interviews, and privileging coordination with hospital leadership.
• Maintain scheduling, payroll data, and compliance with billing/documentation standards.
• Support clinical and administrative workflows to improve efficiency and patient care.
