Job summary

RealManage Elevated is seeking an Onsite Resident Services Coordinator for the Doral Isles community. You will be the primary contact for homeowners, residents, guests and vendors, delivering responsive service and coordinating resident programs while working onsite Monday through Friday.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will handle administrative tasks, organize front desk operations, support architectural submissions, resale packages, and help manage amenities and contractor access,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role, customer service, hospitality, property management, or HOA/COA support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and association management platforms.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing courteous service.
• Maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment; willing to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, residents, and vendors; respond to inquiries.
• Assist with architectural reviews and resale packages; coordinate communications with Boards.
• Provide front desk coverage and office support; process mail and payments; manage basic data entry.
• Coordinate vendor access, schedule routine maintenance, and track work orders.
