Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite seeks an Onsite Janitorial Supervisor for Doral Isles to oversee daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, assign duties, and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and safety standards. You will train team members, manage supplies, and respond to guest needs with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, custodial, hospitality, or related experience required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
• Strong supervisory and coaching abilities.
• Ability to manage linens, supplies, and inventory.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial staff
• Develop cleaning schedules and assignment of duties
• Clean guest rooms and public areas
• Make up guest beds and manage linens
• Maintain stock levels for towels and consumables
• Ensure health, safety, and guest-service standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
