RealManage Elevated Onsite in Doral is seeking an Onsite Concierge to greet residents and guests, coordinate reservations, transportation, deliveries, vendors, housekeeping, and special requests. The role supports property operations with a polished front desk, access control, and incident documentation.

You will collaborate with property management and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery while fostering community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
• Previous concierge or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests.
• Coordinate reservations, transportation, housekeeping, and deliveries.
• Maintain front desk and monitor building access.
• Prepare logs and incident reports; assist with shift handovers.
• Respond to resident concerns and escalate as needed.
