Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite, a division of RealManage, seeks an Onsite Maintenance Lead for Doral Isles, FL. You will supervise the maintenance team, schedule technicians, inspect common areas, and handle repairs to keep the property safe and well-maintained.

You will perform light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, manage supplies, and respond to emergencies during scheduled hours. A strong team player with HVAC knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience with high-rise facilities or COA/multi-family maintenance.
• Able to perform basic electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall and mechanical repairs.
• HVAC troubleshooting skills and safety awareness are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team; schedule technicians and training.
• Inspect property and ensure timely completion of work orders and projects.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting tasks; coordinate with managers.
