Job summary

Associa Community Group is seeking a Property Manager to oversee an onsite association in Gordonsville, VA. The role acts as the liaison among homeowners, the Board, committees, staff, and vendors, handling budgets, maintenance projects, and policy implementation.

Responsibilities include coordinating board meetings, managing communications, handling architectural reviews, and ensuring code compliance. The position requires strong customer service, proactive communication, and multitasking

Qualifications

• 2+ years of community association experience.
• Knowledge of Association Board of Directors and General Manager interfaces with homeowners.
• Willingness to obtain CMCA, AMS, or PCAM (company paid).
• Customer service driven and team oriented.
• Proactive communication with ideas to improve processes and reduce expenses.
• Ability to interpret financials and create budgets (Balance Sheet, Income Statement).
• Effective project management and ability to multitask across multiple projects.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all office, administrative, and maintenance projects, including capital improvements.
• Liaise among homeowners, Board members, committees, management staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Walk the community to ensure maintenance and compliance with codes and rules.
• Issue violation notices and follow up on corrections.
• Prepare board materials and coordinate monthly/annual meetings.
• Create and manage budgets; review financial reports and reserves.
• Submit RFPs and manage vendor selection and relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and schedule onsite work with vendors.
