Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years HOA management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associates degree or relevant experience required.
• CMCA certification required; AMS/PCAM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with community policies as defined by the Board.
• Develop and approve operating budgets and capital plans.
• Direct work of department managers and oversee monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate strategic plans with the Board and community leadership.
• Ensure member and guest satisfaction; protect association assets.
