Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an Onsite Assistant General Manager for Crystal Falls HOA in Leander, TX. The AGM will support daily operations, oversee financial activities, and work closely with the General Manager and Board to deliver exceptional HOA services.

The role requires strong accounting background, leadership, and customer-focused communication in a dynamic community environment. The position is full-time and onsite.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, accounting, finance, property management, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, financial administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger coding, reconciliations, billing, and collections.
• Strong supervisory, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to read and explain financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administration and operation of the HOA with the General Manager.
• Assist with supervision, coordination, and support of onsite team members.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and budgets.
• Assist with contracts, vendor management, and covenant enforcement.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to inquiries from residents, Board, and vendors.
