Job summary

Rise Association Management Group is seeking an On-Site General Manager to lead a 1,750-home Texas community. This hybrid role blends on-site leadership with hands-on resident services, coordinating board relations, vendors, and operations.

You will oversee finance, vendor management, and front-desk service while ensuring compliance with HOA policies. A strong customer-service mindset and prior association management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Board, residents, and vendors.
• Provide daily on-site management and front-line service.
• Supervise on-site staff and vendors (admin, maintenance, concierge, security).
• Conduct daily property inspections and manage work orders.
• Manage vendor bids, contracts, and access with security.
• Process invoices and maintain financial reporting for the HOA.
• Prepare weekly Management Reports and materials for Board meetings.
• Oversee amenity reservations and events, including setup/breakdown.
• Enforce community guidelines and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
