Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite in Katy, TX seeks a General Manager to oversee day-to-day HOA operations, lead a team, and deliver outstanding guest and resident services. Strong business acumen and excellent planning skills are essential.

The General Manager will manage budgets, coordinate with Board of Directors, ensure policy compliance, protect assets, and guide long-range plans across a diverse portfolio of communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years HOA management experience.
• Onsite HOA management experience required.
• CAM license and CMCA designation preferred.
• AMS certification a plus.
• Hospitality/club management background preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree or relevant experience accepted.
• Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills.
• Able to set priorities, plan, organize and delegate effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure safety, courtesy, cleanliness and efficiency.
• Maintain high visible presence to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures and regulations.
• Direct the work of all department managers.
• Drive annual operating, cash and capital budgets with checkpoints.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for the Board of Directors.
• Coordinate long-range and annual business plans with by-laws and policies.
• Monitor quality of products and services for member satisfaction.
• Protect and manage association assets.
• Engage with members to solicit input on direction and improvements.
• Collaborate with Board on strategic plan development and implementation.
• Provide counsel to management staff and ensure training and accountability.
